Leg of Lamb Roast 1 lamb leg (7 Ibs.) 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp ground oregano, 1/2 tsp garlic powder sprinkle lamb with seasonings. Place on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast in 325 degree oven for 25 min. Ib. Or until thermometer registers 150-155 F. for medium. Allow lamb to set 15 min. before carving.
